Vaseline whitener is often touted as the perfect moisturizer for oily, acne-prone skin.

It has been touted to help remove dead skin cells and to reduce redness and oiliness, and is touted to be “a super-soft, long-lasting formula that can remove dirt and impurities from the skin and provide a healthy glow.”

It’s great for oily skin as well, with Vaseline moisturizing serum claiming to “soften, hydrate, and moisturize.”

However, some dermatologists say Vaseline’s moisturizing properties are exaggerated, and that it may not be the best moisturizer.

“There are a number of issues with Vaselite, including its use, its ingredients, and its overall potency,” dermatologist Jill Breen from the University of Maryland School of Medicine told ABC News.

“Vaseline has a lot of potential, but it needs to be studied more thoroughly to be considered safe.”

According to Dr. Breen, Vaseline is best suited for oily and combination skin types.

“It’s a very mild moisturizer and a lot goes into making it effective,” she said.

“It’s not moisturizing for oily or combination skin.

So the best thing you can do with Vaselines is use them with oily skin.”

A study from the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology found that Vaseline was less effective at reducing acne than a standard moisturizer, and was even less effective for skin types with darker skin tones.

“The Vaseline formulation is the most potent of all whitening and anti-acne formulations, and it is less effective than the most common whitening agents,” dermatologists Dr. Marko Pankovic and Dr. Roberta E. Buhle wrote in the study.

“Although Vaseline seems to be effective for oily people, it is not for those with more complex skin or for those who do not have normal skin tones.”

If you’re looking for a more gentle moisturizer than Vaseline, Dr. Pankosic and Dr Buhles recommend trying the Vitamin E Serum, which contains a mix of essential fatty acids, vitamins C and E and omega-3 fatty acids.

While Vaseline and other whitening moisturizers have been used for years, they’re not as effective as other options for acne-fighting.

“Many of the studies are comparing Vaseline to other moisturizers and trying to see which ones are effective for specific acne types,” Dr. Toni Zilber of the University at Albany told ABC Health.

Bethany B. Hager, a clinical associate professor of dermatology at Columbia University Medical Center, told ABC that Vaselites effectiveness is exaggerated.

“There is a lot more hype about Vaseline than there is for other whiteners,” she told ABC.

The Vaseline whitening gel is a mix between a Vaseline cream and a Vaselator cream.

According the website, Vaselin and Vaseline gel are formulated to be the perfect combination for your skin type.

Both brands are effective at removing dead skin cell and impurity from the surface of the skin.

Vaseline is a non-comedogenic, whitening cream that has a pH range of 6.5-7.5.

It contains a blend of essential and non-essential fatty acids that help whiten and hydrate the skin, while also helping to prevent dryness.

At $1.99 for 8 ounces of Vaseline creams, it’s a great option for those looking for something a little less expensive and less irritating.
